1. How do live results work?

During the race, runners step over mats along the course at predetermined split markers. As they pass over the mat, their time is automatically recorded by the timing chip and sent to a computer that logs the exact time. The computer then feeds the information onto the Internet, making it available almost instantaneously.

2. How do I find a runner?

There are 2 ways to search for a runner. You can do a Quick Search by entering the runner’s bib number, first name, or last name, or you can perform an Advanced Search to sort runners’ by demographic information. Each search requires that at least one field be completed.

3. How do I track an athlete?

Follow the Quick Search directions for finding a runner. Once you have located the exact runner, click on Track this Athlete. Your screen will automatically refresh with updated timing information as your runner progresses through the race.

4. How do I track multiple athletes?

Follow the Quick Search directions for finding a runner. Once you have located the exact runner, click on Track this Athlete. To add additional athletes, click on Add a Runner. Repeat the preceding instructions. Your screen should refresh to include both runners. Repeat steps until all your runners are listed.

5. How current is the timing information?

All information is recorded real time according the split markers. As soon as the runner crosses the split markers, the information is instantly reflected on your screen.

6. How are the search results sorted?

The search results are automatically sorted by Overall Place.
